JIANGYIN SPORTS CENTRE
Jiangyin Sports Center is located in the new area of Jiangyin City East, north of Chengjiang Road,
south of Binjiang Road, east of Huangshan Road, north of Huangshan, south of Tianhua Art Center,
west of the new stadium, and Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge.
Sports Center in June 28, 2007, the construction began in 2009 at the end of October officially completed.
Covering an area of 236.97 acres, the project has a total investment of 630 million yuan.
The sports center has 2 international standard soccer fields, 2 standard 400-meter track and field tracks,
10 tennis courts, 6 outdoor lighted plastic basketball courts, 65 badminton courts and 80 table tennis tables,
of which the basketball courts are open to the public free of charge throughout the day.

2011 January Jiangyin Sports Center was awarded the IAA International Outstanding Achievement Award of 2010 by IFAI, the World Membrane Industry Association.
The cable membrane structure of the stadium consists of two shuttle shaped membrane structures symmetrically arranged along the main stand.
It is a spatial system consisting of steel trusses, steel cables, and 80 integral tensioned membrane units.
The total coverage area of the membrane structure is 20652㎡, and the unfolded area is 23591㎡.
